Have you gotten a weed letter lately?  I'll bet you have. Sometime it is justified, no doubt about it.  But every time it rains (and we had quite a bit this year) over 400 'weed' letters go out.  Now the rule always was that the weeds had to be at least 3" high before a letter went out.  Why was it changed?  Or was it changed?  We are charged $2 for every violation letter that goes out.  I'll bet you didn't know that.  When needless letters are sent it is wasting our money.  This practice is ripping us off.

The violation guy is an idiot.  There are many violations that never get addressed, but we get weed letters.  I have even gotten letters when I didn't have weeds.  And if the letter happens to get sent to the wrong house, we don't get a refund.  Instead we are charged again to send it to the right house.  Come to the annual meeting and give 'em hell. We must put a stop to this.
Why is the board allowing this shameful practice to go on?

I did attend the annual meeting and addressed this issue.  I got smart alec remarks from management.  I told them the violation guy was an idiot and told the board they should address this.

Nothing has been happening. . The fate of the website in in the hands of the people.
