Disrespectful Business

When I first came to Arizona many years ago I was impressed by how clean it was. There was no trash on the roadways or anywhere. Now there is trash everywhere. People have no respect for anything. They litter everywhere and have no respect for other people’s property. As a homeowner I get sick of having trash hung on my door. Even more disgusting are the people who throw bags of rocks and other trash in my driveway and think that is an appropriate form of advertising. I have called numerous people and asked them not to throw this trash around Garden Lakes. But they refuse to listen and have told me they will not stop. So it is up to us to take action. The best action is for us not to do any business with people who disrespect our community. Let them waste their time and money putting trash in our driveways. When no one gives them business, they will go somewhere else. You will notice no decent business behaves in this fashion. Usually what you get in your driveway are ‘fly by night’ offers. You should wary of offers that only have a cell phone number and no address. You should also note that these are unlicensed businesses. Licensed contractors must put their license number on every piece of advertising material, under penalty of the law. If you receive any of these ‘driveway offers’, please contact me. I will post them here on this website.

Garden Lakes welcomes vendors that care about our community.

These people want to clean my house, but leave trash in my driveway. Note that there is no address and this seems to be a cell phone number.	These people surface every year. Note the fake license number. No state agency that I could check has or uses this type of number. Also note that there is no contact information of any kind. I also don't think very highly of their work. I have never been able to catch them.
